IT System Administrator and Application Manager (m/f/d)
Your new tasks
- Responsibility for the operation and ongoing development of the IT system landscape
- Support, optimisation and expansion of IT tools, applications and interfaces
- Coordination and assignment of tasks to external IT partners across all support levels as well as ensuring 2nd-level support
- Management and implementation of IT and organisational projects
- Creation and maintenance of process, system and IT documentation
- Support and training of employees in the use of IT systems
- Close cooperation with specialist departments and acting as a link between business, IT and external partners
- Management of IT hardware and associated infrastructure
What you bring with you
- Completed training in computer science or business informatics, for example as an EFZ computer scientist, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the IT environment, ideally as an application manager or in a comparable role, preferably in an SME or manufacturing company
- Experience with ERP systems as well as a good understanding of applications, interfaces, data flows and business processes
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, network technologies and server administration
- Knowledge of CRM, production or infrastructure processes is an advantage
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Strong sense of responsibility as well as a service-oriented hands-on mentality
- Ability to explain technical contexts clearly, combined with a patient and user-oriented manner
- Native German or French speaker with good knowledge of the other language; English skills are an advantage
