• You carry out repair, service and maintenance work on motorcycles and scooters of the brands Yamaha, Ducati, Kawasaki and Vespa professionally
• You lead our five-member workshop team on site and are responsible for the final inspection and quality approval of all completed work
• You independently and solution-orientedly handle demanding diagnostics, complex conversions and individual technical solutions
• You reliably and independently carry out warranty work, recall actions and the associated administrative processing
• You professionally prepare our pre-owned vehicles and ensure a flawless technical and visual condition
• You create transparent and comprehensible cost estimates for repair and service work
• You keep our extensive test fleet in perfect condition and carry out all service, maintenance and repair work
• You carefully prepare new vehicles for delivery and ensure that our customers can take over their new bike in perfect condition

• You have completed basic training as a motorcycle mechanic EFZ, automotive mechatronics technician EFZ or a comparable qualification
• You have initial leadership experience in a workshop or are willing to gradually take on responsibility
• You have good German skills; any additional language is a plus 
• Teamwork is a matter of course for you - you actively contribute to a strong team spirit
• You convince with a customer-oriented and professional manner in dealing with customers
• Your working style is independent, reliable and efficient
