About the job

We are an open, innovative organisation at three locations with a total of five socio-educational residential groups for children and young people, embedded in two districts of Zurich and in the municipality of Küsnacht am See.

Children and young people live in the residential groups, from school age to the end of their initial training, from multiply burdened families with developmental difficulties in the academic, social and emotional areas.

The three institutions Dialogweg, Eichbühl and Fennergut are managed as a single organisation and belong to the Zurich Children and Youth Homes Foundation. We are looking for a pre-trainee for our residential group team at the Eichbühl location in Zurich

Pre-trainee 80% - 90% from 1 May 2027

During the internship, you will be committed for a whole year to children and young people from multiply burdened family systems and support a team in daily work.

You bring with you

• Completed vocational training or A-levels, professional or work experience
• Enjoyment of working with children and young people as well as the team
• Willingness to work irregular hours (evening and weekend shifts)
