Store Manager / Branch Manager 100% 

You will take responsibility for the success of the store and lead your team to top performance – a varied job where you can be creative and have plenty of room for your ideas

Your Tasks

• Responsibility: You actively contribute to the implementation of the company strategy and are significantly involved in achieving budget and cost targets
• Leadership skills: You take responsibility for personnel management and development of the team, thus promoting their growth and motivation
• Customer satisfaction: You inspire our customers with your extensive product knowledge and ensure that every shopping experience becomes unforgettable
• Organization: You ensure that daily business runs smoothly and that our high hygiene and quality standards are always maintained
• Inventory management: You take care of orders and monitor stock levels to ensure sufficient goods are always available

Your Profile

• You have completed training in retail. It is an advantage if you have successfully further educated yourself as a retail specialist or in a similar field.
• Thanks to your business management knowledge, you have a strong understanding of economic contexts and can act strategically
• Your high leadership and social skills make it easy for you to act as a role model and inspire the team
• You always keep an overview, even when juggling several tasks simultaneously
• You are proficient in MS Office and merchandise management systems
