Service Installer for Network and Splicing Technology Fibre Optics 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Installation and commissioning of DSL connections at the customer’s premises

• Carrying out splicing work as well as installations in the field of fibre optic and copper technology

• Configuration of home networks and WLAN systems as well as troubleshooting technical faults

• Direct customer contact with competent advice and flexible on-site service

• Independent organisation and execution of service orders

• Assistance with various service and electrical installations

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed vocational training as an electrical installer EFZ or assembly electrician EFZ

• Valid driving licence category B required

• Ideally professional experience in the service sector, in low-voltage technology and/or in handling fibre optic technology

• Strong customer orientation as well as flexibility and team spirit

• Communicative and energetic personality with a positive demeanour

• Ability to organise independently and confident communication skills
