Your mission

• Participate in the organisation and daily care of children welcomed in the institutions
• Intervene in the different SAPE and groups to provide additional support within
• the framework of the inclusion system
• Support children with an inclusive pedagogy approach
• Create a climate of trust conducive to dialogue and exchange with families
• Collaborate and actively engage in the various projects of the institutions and the service

Your profile

• Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) as socio-educational assistant or an equivalent recognised training by the cantonal authorities (essential condition)
• Dynamic, open and able to adapt communication according to situations
• Good team spirit
• Interest in inclusion issues, social diversity and integration of multicultural families
• Ability to collaborate and adapt to different teams and roles
• Flexible working hours
