You provide, operate, and further develop the workplace and application infrastructure
In this role, you package and install specialised applications and are responsible for release management
You take over user and permission management
You participate in or lead application projects and ensure interfaces, system integration, and data flows
In this role, you support users, proactively monitor applications, and manage alerts and dashboards
You automate routine tasks, build self-service workflows, and jointly define test concepts, regression tests, and acceptance criteria with specialist departments
Qualifications:
- You have completed training in computer science or a comparable qualification
- You have practical knowledge in workplace and application management, software distribution, and M365
- You enjoy support and service and combine this with technical depth
- You think analytically, act on your own initiative, and are eager to take responsibility
- You are characterised by team spirit and a pronounced hands-on mentality
