The Public Prosecutor's Office II of the Canton of Zurich conducts proceedings against adults concerning official offenses, corruption, offenses against the state, and proceedings of special political significance, as well as complex proceedings related to narcotics and organized crime, human trafficking, and cybercrime.
As of August 1, 2026, or by agreement, we are looking to complement our team with your support as a Procedural Assistant 80%.
Job Description
As an assistant to an investigating public prosecutor, you will take on all secretarial and administrative tasks and independently manage the secretariat. You will be responsible for organizing and recording interrogations and the administrative preparation of resolutions, and you will be in contact with authorities, parties, and third parties.
Requirements
You have completed commercial training or equivalent qualifications. Your high typing skills and flawless, confident German are a matter of course. In addition, you have good IT user skills.
You work independently, reliably, and flexibly. Integrity and discretion are self-evident to you, and you are interested in criminal prosecution. You are characterized by a high sense of responsibility, resilience, and organizational flair. You always find the right tone when dealing with parties involved in the proceedings and interface partners.
