In this role, you actively shape the future of property management and commit yourself to quality, customer satisfaction, and innovation. You contribute as an experienced professional and manage properties in a dynamic and digital environment with high dedication. You use your expertise to professionally handle demanding tasks and promote sustainable solutions. You work closely with other specialists to achieve joint successes and continuously learn. In your daily work, you take responsibility for professional property solutions that convince in the long term.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for rentals including tenders, viewings, rental contracts, and terminations
You independently conduct property inspections and handovers
You coordinate craftsmen as well as repair and damage cases
You support tenants and owners and respond to technical and administrative concerns
You implement resolutions in condominium ownership and assist in the preparation and execution of condominium meetings
You control creditor payments and dunning processes
You support property accounting with ancillary, quarterly, and annual statements
Qualifications:
You have completed commercial training and have several years of experience in property management
You have knowledge of condominium ownership and have completed further training in property management or are willing to do so
You possess good accounting skills as well as very good MS Office user skills
You work solution-oriented, efficiently, and service-oriented and hold a category B driving licence
You have confident German language skills
