To strengthen our team in the Decoration department, we are looking for a motivated and committed Merchandising Employee, 50% - 60%, at the Aarau location from 01.10.2026.
Your responsibilities
- Together with your team, you are responsible for setting up promotions and polyvalent zones.
- You ensure an appealing and customer-oriented product presentation.
- You consistently implement the specified visual briefings.
- You ensure the control and maintenance of price labelling and spot lighting.
- You successfully implement the guidelines for window display design.
- You work closely with the sales staff and visual employees.
Your profile
- You already have extensive professional experience in an equivalent role in the mentioned area.
- You have a precise, structured and efficient way of working.
- You enjoy working independently and are very resilient under time pressure.
- You have a flexible and reliable working style and also possess very good organisational skills.
- You have a positive appearance and a well-groomed look.
- You speak fluent German and ideally have knowledge of another national language.
