For its residential site at Devens in St-Aubin-Sauges, we are looking for an 80% Housekeeping Manager

Responsibilities

You will ensure the maintenance of premises and laundry and participate in organising housekeeping work, ensuring the availability of necessary materials. In collaboration with other teams, you will adapt your work to the needs of the beneficiaries, while respecting their autonomy. You will also ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations. Working hours include activities during the week, Saturdays, and public holidays.

Qualifications

• A Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a Housekeeping Manager or an equivalent qualification;
• Proven experience in a similar position would be an asset;
• Experience in a social institution would be an asset;
• Organisational skills, reliability, and a taste for teamwork;
• Respectful attitude and ease in interacting with people with diverse needs;
• Category B driving licence.
