SRK Nursing Assistant / Night Shift Fixed-Term 50-100%

iwaz offers, as a social enterprise, assistance for residential, training and work opportunities, is a service provider for industrial, rehabilitation technology and social assignments, and is a venue for seminars, events and gastronomic experiences in Wetzikon.

About 60 residents aged between 20 and 90 live at iwaz and receive support 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in managing their daily lives. A well-coordinated nursing and care team is responsible for professional care and support.

For the residential area, we are looking for a committed professional as of now or by arrangement:

SRK Nursing Assistant 50 - 100% in the Night Shift Team
fixed-term for 4 – 6 months in the night shift from 21:30 to 07:15

• Inspection rounds at set times to check on the residents
• Support with nocturnal toilet visits
• Incontinence care
• Positioning and repositioning
• Maintaining care reports / documentation of the night
• Preparing and handing over to the early shift

• Completed training as an SRK nursing assistant or a similar professional qualification
• Preferably experience in a similar institution
• Used to working independently and in a team
• Enjoy working with people, good professional and social skills
• Good German language skills, spoken and written

• 5-6 weeks holiday, 41 hours/week and 30 minutes paid breaks and changing time
