Your tasks
- Professional and disciplinary leadership as well as further development of our Key Account team.
- Strategic support of our key customers and further development of existing partnerships.
- Overall responsibility for customer budgets – including sales, contribution margin, and result responsibility.
- Development of individual account strategies for sustainable sales and profit growth.
- Leading complex contract and framework negotiations at decision-making level.
- Responsible for professional customer escalation management and handling critical customer situations.
- Analysis of market and competitive developments and development of conceptual measures.
- KPI tracking, forecasting, and reporting to sales and management.
- Close collaboration with interfaces such as sales, marketing, product management, and operations management.
Your profile
- Several years of experience in key account management in healthcare with leadership responsibility.
- Completed studies in health management, business administration, or a comparable qualification.
- Proven experience in budget responsibility and result control.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills at all hierarchical levels.
- Experience in professional handling of escalation situations.
- Strategic thinking and entrepreneurial action.
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form.
