GPS Engineer (a) 100%

In your role, you are responsible for integrating the principles of Lean Management (GPS) into the maintenance department to maximise the efficiency, availability, and reliability of systems and machines. This particularly includes the following activities:

• Implementation of lean principles (5S, KVP, etc.) in maintenance to reduce waste and increase efficiency
• Development and implementation of preventive maintenance strategies considering GPS standards
• Evaluation of system data via SCADA to identify weaknesses and initiate necessary improvement measures and maintenance steps
• Representing the maintenance department’s viewpoints in production projects
• Creation, review, and introduction of maintenance checklists and plans
• Conducting root cause analyses for system malfunctions and developing sustainable solutions

You have a technical vocational qualification (e.g. automation technician) and further training in the technical field. In addition, you are characterised by the following qualities and skills:

• Solid knowledge of maintenance processes, system technology, and preventive maintenance methods
• Strengths in data analysis, problem-solving, and structured approach
• Comprehensive expertise in manufacturing and production processes
• Proficient use of MS Office programmes as well as good SAP processing knowledge
• Independent working and a high degree of personal responsibility
• Team spirit, reliability, and willingness to perform
• High commitment and decisiveness
