Deputy Head of Production 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Active participation in production and ensuring a smooth production process

• Leadership, induction and training of around 20 employees

• Maintenance and supervision of production equipment

• Procurement and purchasing of foodstuffs as well as packaging materials

• Planning and coordination of production processes

• Responsibility for compliance with quality standards

• Participation in the planning and implementation of company expansions and optimisation projects

What do I need to be successful?

• Younger, trained butcher / meat specialist

• Enjoyment in handling meat and meat products

• Technical understanding and enthusiasm for production equipment

• Enjoyment in leading a small team of colleagues
