We are looking for a motivated personality to regularly support us in the kitchen on weekends, public holidays, and during holiday periods.

Bloomell Coffeehouse is known for its high-quality breakfast and brunch offerings, which we serve with passion and a commitment to quality.

Our location is directly on the idyllic Emmenkanal, nestled in an urban, newly developed area with great potential and a dedicated team.

YOUR TASKS

• Preparation of high-quality breakfast, brunch, and desserts according to Bloomell standards
• Responsibility for compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety guidelines
• Ensuring smooth operations in the kitchen during service times
• Ordering, goods receipt, and inventory management according to the "First In, First Out" principle

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed basic training as a cook EFZ, baker-pastry chef-confiseur EFZ, or comparable training with experience
• Experience in breakfast, brunch, or system gastronomy is an advantage
• Enjoyment of fresh and high-quality ingredients
• Resilience, independence, teamwork, and reliability
• Digital affinity – some of our processes are digitized
• Willingness to work on weekends
