Cook EFZ 80-90% (m/f/d) Seminar Hotel Romerohaus
In addition to 16 rooms, the Seminar Hotel Romerohaus offers a complete seminar infrastructure for 10 to 150 people, complemented by an appropriate gastronomy offer.
We also offer protected work and training places in the Seminar Hotel Romerohaus for
around 35 employees with a performance impairment.
To support our dedicated team, we are looking for a specialist as
You look forward to the following tasks
- Co-responsibility for all operational processes in the kitchen
- Participation in the planning and organization of meal production according to our food concept
- Guidance of our employees with a performance impairment at work and support in their individual and targeted promotion together with the social specialist staff
- Responsibility for the well-being and care of our restaurant guests, togetherwith the employees
With this profile, you are exactly right with us
- Cooking is your passion!
- You work independently and organized
- Completed professional basic training as a cook EFZ and several years of professional experience
- Customer-oriented workand a high level of quality and service understanding
- Good PC user skills, very good oral and written expression in German
- Team player who enjoys guest contact
- Experience and/or training in work pedagogy is a plus
