Site Supervising Electrical Installer Industry (m/f/d)
For over 50 years, our ROCKEN partner has specialised in industrial automation and comprehensive electrical total solutions with installation teams and control cabinet construction. With around 70 employees, the company primarily implements tailor-made solutions of the highest quality in the food, pharmaceutical, and mechanical engineering sectors, as well as in new builds and conversions.
Role:
As a Site Supervising Electrical Installer Industry, you take on the leadership and execution of electrical installations in industrial and commercial facilities. You coordinate the site organisation, lead the installation team, and are the central contact person for customers as well as project management.
Responsibilities:
Leadership and execution of electrical installations in industrial and commercial facilities
Planning and coordination of the optimal deployment of personnel, materials, and resources on site
Link between project management and customers as well as competent customer support on site
Carrying out service, repair, and maintenance work
Organisation and supervision of the construction site regarding quality, deadlines, and safety
Technical leadership and support of employees on site
Ensuring efficient and economical project execution
Qualifications:
Completed basic training as Electrical Installer EFZ
Professional experience in the industrial sector
Independent, reliable, and precise working style
Technical understanding as well as high quality awareness and strong solution orientation
Enjoyment in leading employees and organising construction sites
Flexible personality with willingness for external assignments
Driving licence Category B (car)
