Operator (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Operating and setting up the winding machines according to process specifications
- Independent winding as well as spool, material and roll changes
- Monitoring all process steps including documentation and initiation of corrective measures
- Troubleshooting and performing minor maintenance work
- Participation in production data collection, master data maintenance and process optimisation
- Support of lean activities
- Ensuring order, cleanliness and 5S standards in the work area
- Carrying out autonomous maintenance work according to specifications
- Working with the MES control system for order processing and production data collection
Your Profile
- Completed training as a machine operator with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) or basic mechanical training (e.g. production mechanic, polymechanic)
- Several years of experience as a machine operator in length production, ideally in cable production or in comparable mechanical production processes
- Very good technical understanding as well as high quality awareness and precise working method
- Flexible deployability in various processes as well as quick comprehension
- Team-oriented, reliable and resilient personality
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
- Good PC user skills as well as experience in dealing with ERP systems
- Willingness to work in a three-shift system
