What is my role?

• You are responsible for the daily operations at the workshop location

• You ensure that the operation runs smoothly and without disruptions

• You work hands-on with machines and apply your manual skills with gravel and concrete

• You take responsibility and lead the team working at the location

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed apprenticeship/training in a technical or mechanical profession

• Experience in steel processing or willingness to learn

• Driving licence category B

• Good German language skills

• Independent and proactive working style

• Approachable and competent manner

• Willingness to lead a team
