Job description:

Randstad Bulle is actively seeking qualified locksmiths and metal fabricators to strengthen the teams of our partner companies in the region. Whether you are a workshop expert or an installation professional, we have opportunities to showcase your skills.

Your main tasks:

• Metal fabrication: Manufacturing and assembly of frameworks, façades or complex structures.

• Locksmithing: Manufacturing and installation of locksmith elements (railings, barriers, doors, stairs).

• Welding: Performing precise welds (MIG, MAG, TIG) on various materials (steel, stainless steel, aluminium). Welding certifications are a major asset.

• Plan reading: Ability to interpret and carry out work from technical drawings.

• Autonomy: Working alone or in a team, in the workshop or on site, depending on project needs.

• Training: Holder of a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a metal fabricator, locksmith, or equivalent qualification.
• Experience: Proven experience in Switzerland or abroad in the metallurgy field.
• Technical skills: Mastery of welding techniques and impeccable plan reading.
• Personal qualities: Attention to detail, respect for safety standards, reliability, team spirit and punctuality.
