Question: How do I best clean Embru garden furniture?

For cleaning the frame and plastic cords, you should not use aggressive household cleaners. Not suitable are alcohol, nitro thinner, organic solvents or abrasive cleaning agents.

Question: My product is defective. What is the best way to proceed in a warranty case?

Please contact your sales partner (specialist retailer) by e-mail with a picture of the defect.

From approx. CHF 1200.– for the size 90x200 cm

The mattresses are specially made for you after receipt of order. Production takes about four weeks.

Question: What are the warranty conditions for the mattresses?

We grant a two-year full warranty on beds and slatted frames. For mattresses, in addition to the two-year full warranty, you also receive an 8-year pro-rata warranty.

Question: Is there a right of return on mattresses?

No, we do not offer a right of return on mattresses. However, we grant an exchange right on the mattress core within 30 days.

Question: Can the mattresses be tested at home?

No, however, we grant an exchange right on the mattress core within 30 days

Question: Does the assembly of my new bed cost extra?

As a rule, delivery and assembly are included.

Question: How much does the disposal of my old bed cost?

As a rule, disposal is included.

Question: How quickly can a mattress be delivered?

After a maximum of ten years.

The mattress should be turned at least 6 times a year.

Question: How heavy is a mattress?

A mattress with the dimensions 90x200 is approx. 16 kg heavy (depending on the model).

Yes

Question: Do I need to register for a visit to the bed specialist shop?

No. However, you have the option to make an appointment so that you do not have to wait. A specialist consultation takes about 1.5 hours.
