Your new tasks

• Receipt, processing and independent handling of customer service cases
• Active support and follow-up of open customer concerns while adhering to agreed deadlines and commitments
• Proactive and solution-oriented communication with our customers
• Ensuring the specified reaction and processing times as well as co-responsibility for achieving the defined departmental goals
• Checking orders and controlling the corresponding order confirmations

• Processing customer service cases in cooperation with sales
• Contact person for queries and coordination with the manufacturer
• Support in organising and coordinating appointment rescheduling

What you bring with you

• Friendly, professional and customer-oriented demeanour
• Communicative and service-oriented personality who keeps an overview even in demanding situations
• Very good German skills, both spoken and written
• Completed commercial training
• You bring experience in customer service, ideally from the kitchen sector
• MS Office skills as well as knowledge of SHD-MHS

• French language skills
