About the job

In this implementation-oriented key role, you and your team ensure the efficient and targeted implementation of the asset management strategy. You manage investment and maintenance programs, further develop standards and processes, and ensure optimal coordination with engineering, operations, and the network regions.

• Leading the Operational Asset Management team
• Translating strategic guidelines into concrete action programs for investments and maintenance
• Commissioning, prioritizing, and managing investment and maintenance projects
• Central control of the action portfolios considering costs, quality, and deadlines
• Ensuring coordinated resource and capacity planning
• Coordinating the creation and maintenance of planning, engineering, and execution standards
• Further development and assurance of project management standards
• Monitoring implementation and reporting on progress, costs, and quality of measures
• Close coordination with strategic asset management for feedback and optimization of planning
• Leading transformation and cross-sectional projects as well as coordinating innovation initiatives

• (Technical) university degree in electrical engineering, energy technology, industrial engineering, or comparable
• Several years of experience in the energy sector, especially in network operations, engineering, project management, or operational asset management
• Good knowledge of processes in network construction, maintenance, and project execution
• Experience in managing investment and maintenance programs
• Knowledge in project, portfolio, and process management
• Strong implementation skills as well as high organizational and prioritization ability
• Leadership personality with clear result orientation
• High decision-making ability in an operational environment
• Strong communication and assertiveness skills as well as pronounced interface management
• Structured, solution-oriented, and pragmatic working style
