Polymechanic (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Independent setup, operation and monitoring of modern CNC machines
Manufacture of demanding precision parts according to technical drawings and production specifications
Optimisation of existing machining processes to ensure efficient production
Conducting quality controls and inspection of manufactured workpieces using appropriate measuring instruments
Identifying and rectifying production deviations as well as supporting technical troubleshooting
Ensuring smooth production flow in a two-shift operation
Active participation in the continuous improvement of processes and manufacturing procedures
Qualifications:
Completed training as a Polymechanic EFZ or a comparable technical qualification
Experience in CNC manufacturing as well as in setting up and operating machine tools
Good knowledge of reading technical drawings and handling measuring instruments
Quality-conscious, precise and independent working style
Technical understanding, teamwork skills and enthusiasm for modern manufacturing technologies
Willingness to work in a two-shift system
Very good German language skills
