- You work independently at all stations in the kitchen with a focus on pastry
- As a specialist in sweets, you demonstrate a delicate touch in the preparation of dessert creations, delicious
- pastries and exquisite cakes
- You assist in ensuring smooth workflows
- You assist in the training of apprentices
- You adhere to quality and hygiene guidelines and carry out quality checks of goods
This is what we expect from you
- You have completed training as a cook EFZ, preferably with additional training as a pastry chef or confectioner
- You have already gained professional experience in upscale gastronomy or in pastry
- You are flexible and can be deployed at all kitchen stations
