Maintenance Engineer - Photolithography 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

You are responsible for the maintenance, servicing, and optimisation of our state-of-the-art photolithography systems. This involves performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, analysing faults, and resolving them as quickly as possible. You work closely with production to ensure maximum equipment availability. Additionally, you document all maintenance activities and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes. Carrying out upgrades and modifications on the systems is also part of your duties.

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed technical training or degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable field

• Several years of experience in maintaining semiconductor or photolithography equipment is desirable

• Solid knowledge of mechanics, electronics, and control technology

• Analytical thinking and systematic fault diagnosis

• Willingness to work shifts and occasional on-call duty

• Good command of English, both spoken and written

• Team spirit and independent working style
