SMD Operator 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Setting up, equipping and operating our SMD placement machines.

• Ensuring a smooth production process on the SMD line.

• Providing materials and executing production orders according to manufacturing documents.

• Performing visual and quality checks during the manufacturing process.

• Detecting and resolving simple malfunctions on the machines.

• Assisting with maintenance and cleaning work on the SMD machines.

• Reworking and inspecting printed circuit boards according to quality specifications.

• Contributing to the continuous improvement of workflows and processes.

What do I need to be successful?

• Experience in electronics production or SMD manufacturing is an advantage.

• Technical understanding and interest in production equipment.

• Careful, reliable and independent working style.

• Good fine motor skills and a strong quality awareness.

• Teamwork skills and a sense of responsibility.

• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written.

• Willingness to work in a two-shift system (operating hours 06:00-22:00).
