For the location in Olten, we are looking for a committed individual as an IT Supporter who supports our team with technical know-how, solution orientation, and enjoyment in interacting with people. - Receiving, analysing, and processing support cases
- Classification, prioritisation, and documentation of tickets
- Resolving standard problems or forwarding to second-/third-level support
- User support for hardware and software applications
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of workstation systems (PCs, notebooks, mobile devices)
- Management of user accounts, permissions, and access rights
- Monitoring system availability and assisting with error analysis
- Management of IT hardware and inventory
- Support, assistance, and user support for the Lobster application
- Participation in configuration, monitoring, and error analysis of interfaces
- Support with data flows between internal and external systems
- Analysis and resolution of transmission and integration issues
- Documentation of interface processes and technical procedures
- Collaboration with departments and external service providers on integration projects
- Creation and maintenance of IT documentation and user manuals
- Participation in IT projects and rollouts
- Support in the introduction of new systems and processes
- Ensuring compliance with internal IT policies and security requirements
- Experience in IT support or helpdesk is an advantage
- Good knowledge of:
- Windows client environments
- Microsoft 365 / Office applications
- Basic network knowledge (LAN/WLAN, TCP/IP)
- Ticket systems and support processes
- Experience in configuration, support, and analysis of interfaces (e.g. data exchange, integrations, monitoring) desirable
- Basic knowledge of data formats and integration processes (e.g. XML, CSV, API, EDI)
- Experience in the transport and logistics environment is an advantage, especially understanding of operational processes, system landscapes, and digital data flows along the transport and supply chain

Profile
- Completed training in computer science (e.g. IT specialist EFZ, ICT professional or equivalent)- Experience in IT support or helpdesk is an advantage
- Good knowledge of:
