To meet this requirement, we are looking for a Customer Support person who will embody these values and support our clients with commitment and kindness.

Responsibilities:

• Support our agency advisors and brokers, both in contract management and follow-up
• Open and process motor vehicle and property claims according to agency competencies
• Inform customers (counter, correspondence, telephone, and accounting)
• Take responsibility for apprentices at the Fribourg site

Profile:

• Professional experience in a similar position of at least 3 years or a commercial employee CFC in the insurance field
• AFA certification is an asset
• Practical trainer certificate is an asset
• Native French speaker, German as a second language is an asset
