About the job
The psychiatric support centre of the Bois-Gentil Foundation consists of two EPSMs and a transitional structure towards integration. The psycho-social teams offer personalised support enabling individuals affected by mental health issues to engage in a recovery process.
Interested in taking on a challenge and putting your skills to good use by joining the EPSM La Résidence Vallon team as a night health assistant at 90%
The night service is provided by a pair of health assistants working continuous hours.
Desired profile:
- Mandatory Red Cross course certificate or equivalent qualification
- Experience in mental health is an advantage
- Ability to work in a pair and adapt to a complex intervention context
- Meticulousness in carrying out your tasks
Tasks:
- Lead early evening activities under the delegation of the day team
- Distribute treatments and medication reserves as prescribed
- Perform various logistical tasks
- Ensure the safety and well-being of residents by conducting prescribed monitoring within the organisation of the night service
