For our client, an established Swiss industrial company in the Zofingen AG area, we are looking for a reliable, technically skilled and independent personality as an Operations Mechanic / Maintenance Technician Industry 80-100%.
The company is engaged in industrial production and stands for quality, modern equipment, stable processes and a down-to-earth working environment. You can expect a versatile role in which you contribute daily to ensuring that machines, systems and technical equipment function reliably.
- Analysis and rectification of mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic faults
- Execution of planned maintenance work according to maintenance and servicing schedules
- Participation in conversions, overhauls, installations and technical optimisations
- Support during the commissioning of new equipment, machines or technical facilities
- Ensuring high equipment availability and a low-disruption production operation
- Documentation of completed work in the maintenance system
- Collaboration with production, planning, engineering, quality assurance and external service providers
- Identifying potential improvements in equipment, processes and technical procedures
- Compliance with safety, quality and operational regulations
- Experience in maintenance, servicing, assembly or technical support is an advantage
- Good knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics and hydraulics
- Electrical knowledge is a plus but not mandatory
- Understanding of production equipment, technical processes and industrial operations
- Independent, reliable and precise working style
- Willingness to take responsibility for machines, equipment and technical facilities
- Team-oriented, straightforward and solution-focused personality
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Willingness to work day shifts or shift work, depending on the area of deployment

Profile
- Completed training as a polymechanic, production mechanic, agricultural machinery mechanic, construction machinery mechanic, automation technician, plant and apparatus builder or comparable technical training- Experience in maintenance, servicing, assembly or technical support is an advantage
