ICT Specialist: System Engineering (80-100 %)

It is a professional partner for industry and commerce and, thanks to its social-pedagogical and economic expertise, bridges the gap between the social and economic markets. From January 2027 (or by arrangement), we are seeking an experienced individual for the Digitalisation and ICT department as part of a succession plan.

In the four-person team, you will operate and develop the hybrid ICT infrastructure. Your tasks include:

• Administration of Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online
• Support of Windows clients and servers
• Administration of SCCM, Intune, and Active Directory
• Automation of processes with PowerShell
• Support of network, security, backup, and monitoring systems as well as telephony and other applications
• Participation in 2nd-level support
• Support in ICT projects
• Collaboration with internal customers and external partners

You bring the following qualifications:

• IT training with a Federal VET Diploma, ideally complemented by higher education (HF/FH) or relevant further training
• Several years of professional experience in system engineering or system administration
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, PowerShell, SCCM, and Intune
• Good knowledge of hybrid IT infrastructures
• Understanding of network and security topics
• Generalist IT understanding and an independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
