Site Supervising Electrician 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client needs you as a site supervising electrician who sets the tone on site and keeps an overview. Here is what awaits you:

• You independently manage your construction sites and ensure everything runs smoothly

• You lead your team with motivation and clear instructions – you are both a role model and a doer

• You keep quality, deadlines, and budget under control and know where to take action

• You are the central interface to clients, planners, and project managers

• You take care of material procurement and plan resources cleverly

• You pitch in yourself when it counts – rolling up your sleeves is part of it for you

• You organise, coordinate, and ensure your team can work efficiently

This is not about watching from the sidelines – you are in the thick of it, driving forward and making a difference.

What do I need to be successful?

• You have successfully completed your training as an electrician EFZ

• You have further training as a site manager or have already worked several years in a leadership role

• You know how to lead a team and can assert yourself when necessary

• You think ahead – organising, planning, and acting entrepreneurially come naturally to you

• You like taking responsibility and prefer working in a team rather than alone

• You hold a category B driving licence

What are my benefits?

• Projects that truly challenge you – no routine, but real challenges

• A well-coordinated team you can rely on – and that relies on you

• State-of-the-art equipment and infrastructure that make your work easier rather than harder

• Real freedom to shape your work – you decide how to manage your construction sites

• Short decision-making paths and direct contact with management

• Training opportunities that advance you personally and professionally

What distinguishes the company?

With our client, you are not just a cog in the machine. You are the engine. You are trusted, given responsibility, and successes are celebrated together. If you want to not only lead construction sites but manage them, then you are exactly right here.
