In the textile, creative, and Calma studios, up to 15 supported employees find a day structure place that meets their individual needs. The wide range of activities enables meaningful employment and promotes personal resources. We are looking for a team leader 80% for the Volkshaus studios starting 01.10.2025 or by arrangement. Your tasks
- You have completed training in social pedagogy or a comparable field

Your tasks
- You take over the professional, organizational, and personnel management of the Volkshaus studios with a total of five specialists
- At the location, you are responsible for supporting around 15 people with cognitive, psychological, or multiple impairments
- In addition to your leadership role, you actively engage in the three studios and take on responsible tasks in direct care, including lunchtime supervision, nursing activities, and taking on the responsibility of key person
- With your commitment, you promote the individual development of the supported employees and create space for self-determination and participation in everyday life
- You have completed training in social pedagogy or a comparable field
- You bring solid experience in supporting people with cognitive, psychological, or multiple impairments
- Your leadership skills are based on proven experience in team management
- You appreciate interdisciplinary collaboration as enriching and constructive
