About Our Client
For our client, a leading biopharmaceutical company specializing in cutting-edge biologics manufacturing for early-phase clinical supply, we are seeking a Technology Transfer Specialist (m/w/d). This innovative biotech facility integrates the latest technologies into the clinical pipeline and operates with a flexible multi-product strategy, enabling rapid adaptation to evolving demands in biologics-based medicine development.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and execute tech transfer programs in collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to support new product introductions
- Create and maintain GMP documentation including risk assessments, change controls, batch records, sampling plans, and bills of materials
- Manage digital systems and data integrity by maintaining information in COMET SAP, MES, and DeltaV platforms
- Coordinate new program introduction schedules to ensure timely and accurate task execution with a right-first-time approach
- Author and update manufacturing documentation such as BOMs, EBRs (paper), gBMRs (MES), SOPs, and work instructions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying optimization opportunities and implementing lessons learned into tech transfer processes
- Provide technical troubleshooting support and demonstrate strong problem-solving capabilities within global interdisciplinary teams
- Champion safety and compliance by adhering to the highest quality, GMP, and environmental standards
Your Profile
- Academic degree in a science or technical field (Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, or related discipline)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
- Solid knowledge of mAb manufacturing unit operations and GMP-regulated environments
- Proficiency in digital manufacturing systems such as DeltaV, MES, eVal, and SAP COMET
- Experience in creating manufacturing documents including batch sheets, BOMs, and process-related documentation
- Project management skills with proven ability to manage small cross-functional projects
- English language proficiency (B1 minimum) for written and oral communication; German skills are a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience in risk assessment processes
- Team player mentality with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in dynamic environments
