- You take responsibility for the professional and organizational management of the therapists in your assigned area
- You support the continuous development of employees and promote their potential
- You are responsible for quality development and assurance and share the economic responsibility for your area
- You promote result-oriented intra- and interdisciplinary collaboration
This is what you bring with you
- You are a physiotherapist and have a FH physiotherapy diploma as well as several years of professional experience, complemented by targeted professional further training at the master’s level in the fields of medicine, neurology, intensive care medicine, or pediatrics
- You have already successfully led teams and have further training in leadership – or are willing to acquire it
- You work independently, responsibly, and have experience in leading project groups as well as in developing concepts
- You also have high social competence as well as good conflict and assertiveness skills
