Tasks
- Oversee service rights management and elevate it to the next level.
- Develop, monitor, and optimize service processes effectively.
- Coordinate and prioritize all service-related topics internally and externally.
Skills
- Years of experience with service rights, preferably in infrastructure.
- Degree in business, law, or environmental engineering preferred.
- Excellent German and English skills; French is a plus.

About the job
Look forward to exciting tasks:
- Take on the cross-departmental specialist responsibility for easement management as a central function for IWB and develop it conceptually and hands-on to the next level.
- Develop, anchor, monitor and optimise easement processes.
- Ensure coordination, prioritisation and resource planning of all easement topics in close internal and external collaboration.
- Define guidelines and standards, ensure legal compliance and train employees.
- Conduct negotiations on easements independently and provide advisory support to project leaders and team members on complex issues.
This is how you make us even better:
- Several years of professional experience dealing with easements, ideally in the infrastructure sector.
- Completed degree at university of applied sciences level in business administration, business law, energy and environmental technology or similar, ideally complemented by further training in paralegal studies.
- You find it easy to work in cross-functional structures and to successfully advance topics without direct leadership responsibility.
- You convince with your cooperative manner and enjoy coaching employees.
- Very good language skills in German and English; knowledge of French is very welcome.
