Would you like to build an electrical planning team while staying technically close to the projects? For our client in the field of refrigeration and building automation, we are looking for a leader who develops E-CAD structures, oversees demanding electrical projects, and advances their team both professionally and personally.
- You are responsible for creating electrical schematics and developing clear E-CAD standards.
- You manage electrical projects from technical conception to handover to production.
- You prepare quotations and calculations and assess technical feasibility.
- You coordinate interfaces between planning, automation, production, and customers.
- You are the contact person for electrical engineering questions and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Experience in electrical planning and creating circuit diagrams with E-CAD, ideally EPLAN P8.
- Initial leadership experience with a small team and enthusiasm for developing employees.
- Understanding of automation; experience in refrigeration or building technology is an advantage.
- Confident handling of technical clarifications, quotations, and project stakeholders.
- Very good German language skills, independent working style, and a confident manner.

Profile
- Basic electrical training, for example as an automation technician or electrician; further education at HF/FH level is welcome.- Experience in electrical planning and creating circuit diagrams with E-CAD, ideally EPLAN P8.
- Initial leadership experience with a small team and enthusiasm for developing employees.
- Understanding of automation; experience in refrigeration or building technology is an advantage.
