Tasks:
- collect and analyze data on the consulting needs of agricultural businesses
- provide consulting in the economic-business field
- support businesses in case of generational change
- provide consulting to agricultural businesses and accompany them in the process of structural, accounting, and digital evolution
- prepare reports, business budgets, and technical analyses
- participate in the continuous training of farmers
- collaborate at the cantonal and federal level with trade associations
- organize training and informational moments also with the Professional Center for Green and fondounimpresa
Requirements:
- bachelor + master or bachelor in agronomy with a specialization in business economics, alternatively bachelor + master or bachelor in economics with proven experience in Ticino agricultural businesses
- experience in management and business accounting and basic knowledge in legal matters related to legal entities and contracts
- good knowledge of the cantonal territory
- interest in continuous learning, openness to professional challenges, and interpersonal relationship skills
- ability to take on responsibilities and work in a team
- excellent knowledge of the Italian language (spoken and written) and excellent knowledge of at least one other official language
- practical sense, analytical skills, and ability to propose concrete solutions
- initiative, discretion, and reliability
Special observations:
- the position of Scientific Collaborator I (class 10) can only be assigned to candidates with complete academic qualifications: university degree, bachelor's degree, consecutive bachelor + master's degree or university of applied sciences (bachelor + master 270/300 ECTS credits) and who have at least 15 years of professional experience in the required field
- the position of Scientific Collaborator II (class 9) will be assigned to candidates with only a bachelor's degree or a short degree or to candidates with less than 15 years of professional experience in the required field and in possession of complete academic qualifications: university degree, bachelor's degree, consecutive master's degree or university of applied sciences (bachelor + master 270/300 ECTS credits)

Employment conditions:
- the employment relationship will be formalized through a private law contract (Code of Obligations) of fixed duration according to the State's auxiliary personnel regulations
- working hours: 42 hours per week (for a 100% employment relationship), flexible or according to service needs
