🌟 Apprenticeship – CFC Operations Agent
📅 Start 2026
Our EMS is looking for a motivated apprentice for a CFC as Operations Agent (3 years).
Start of activity: 10 August 2026 (school start 17 August 2026)
The EMS of Mandement are Medico-Social Establishments. La Plaine Residence is part of it and houses 92 residents. We support people of AVS age with loss of autonomy and sometimes suffering from psychological or psychiatric disorders. Our philosophy is based on multidisciplinary collaboration.
🎯 Your tasks
- Ensure cleaning of premises and maintenance of installations (heating, ventilation, sanitary, electricity,).
- Participate in outdoor work: mowing, pruning, maintenance of green spaces.
- Carry out maintenance according to planning and procedures, and ensure the good condition of the building.
- Store, check, deliver equipment from our various stocks.
- Collaborate with different services to improve the daily life of residents.
Profile sought
👤 Your profile
- Compulsory schooling completed and passed.
- Good computer skills.
- Strong interest in the profession; maintenance and troubleshooting of infrastructures, equipment.
- Sense of responsibility, autonomy, rigour and team spirit, ability to manage stress.
- Good physical condition and ease with early hours.
