We welcome you to three exceptional venues located within the former Bellevue Hotel in Glion, enjoying a spectacular view of Lake Geneva and the Alps. This unique setting houses the Michelin-starred gourmet restaurant and its lounge bar, as well as a contemporary bistro. The dining room of the gourmet restaurant and the magnificent bar, classified as a historical heritage site, skillfully combines modernity, chic, and Belle Époque spirit. The bistro area, for its part, has a decidedly contemporary tone and adjoins the gourmet restaurant.
Job Description
- Participate in the development of the menu and suggest changes and/or new items
- Energize the space and attract clientele
- Organize and manage the bar (setup, supply, monthly inventory)
- Ensure smooth service for maximum customer satisfaction (welcome, service quality, organization, speed, accuracy...)
- Ensure cleanliness
- Guarantee the quality of service and offered products
- Manage billing and follow-up if necessary
- Welcome customers and ensure their comfort
- Prepare and make aperitifs, cocktails
- Respond promptly to customer requests
- Participate in monitoring and controlling bar maintenance
- Know the menu, inform and advise customers
- Versatility: Assist the restaurant team during service
