Your tasks
- Managing infrastructure projects as client and overall project manager
- Timely, cost- and quality-compliant implementation of infrastructure projects
- Awarding planning, engineering and construction services and responsible for tenders
- Conducting legal procedures within the scope of project work
- Coordination and communication with internal and external bodies
- Preparing decision-making bases, applications and directives for political committees within the framework of project processing
Your profile
- Training as a civil engineer or basic training in the construction sector with further training as a civil engineering technician, construction manager or site manager
- Professional experience in project and construction management of urban civil engineering projects
- Administrative experience and knowledge of construction law advantageous
- Confident appearance, communication and negotiation skills
- Independent, flexible and resilient personality as well as organisational talent
- Willingness to undertake further training
