Tasks

• Production and meal distribution taking into account diet types according to medical prescriptions and diet schemes
• Checking or also answering incoming menu orders by email or phone
• Control of the information in the ordering system PKS
• Supportive advice on dietary issues
• Participation in the implementation of the hygiene concept (HACCP)
• Participation in special events
• Co-responsibility for the training of cooks
• Interest in supporting the kitchen manager

Profile

• Completed vocational training as a cook EFZ and additional training as a diet cook EFZ or FA
• At least two years of professional experience
• Reliable, service-oriented and team-capable personality with the ability to keep an overview even in stressful situations
• PC application skills (MS Office, PKS)
• Further training as a trainer is an advantage
