- As a trainer, you accompany and support our pension advisors in acquiring the necessary expertise and building consulting skills for our pension and asset solutions
- You prepare training sessions in virtual or in-person formats, moderate them, and guide the participants and their supervisors through a structured tutorial throughout the entire course
- You are actively involved in the design of our training concepts and the further development of content
Your Skills and Talents
Your Skills and Talents
- You have solid knowledge in the areas of pension/asset and/or life insurance with at least three years of experience in consulting and sales
- Ideally, you already have experience in adult education and hold a diploma (for example, SVEB 1) or an equivalent qualification
- You work independently, demonstrate a high degree of personal responsibility, and can quickly adapt to a very dynamic environment
- Your customer-oriented behavior allows you to quickly build a climate of trust. You also know how to conduct your training sessions in a lively, goal-oriented, and appreciative manner
- You continuously develop your knowledge and skills to provide the best possible training quality and are interested in new training techniques
