A local player, Groupe E Tech, thanks to its expertise, is the reference partner for multi-technical projects in the fields of installations, electrical panels and infrastructures, telecommunications, multimedia, solar, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, sanitary, water treatment, as well as installation maintenance.
In this role, you will work on various technical projects including the installation of heating plants, their renovation, and the realization of industrial cooling hydraulic networks. Heating Project Manager – Industrial Piping – HVAC 100%
Mission:
- Plan, organize, and supervise projects from offer to invoicing, respecting quality, deadlines, and profitability objectives
- Develop execution plans and files with all technical and commercial data
- Participate in site meetings and ensure operational follow-up
- Coordinate internal teams and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with current standards and safety rules
- Study, calculate, and negotiate offers and bids
- Conclude contracts in coordination with management
- Maintain commercial relationships (advice, offers, follow-up)
- Maintain close relationships with clients, engineering offices, architects, authorities, and industrial partners
- Propose modern, innovative, and economically optimized technical solutions
- Provide technical support to technicians, entity managers, and specialized assemblers
- Ensure technical monitoring and propose improvements adapted to market developments
Profile:
- Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) in building HVAC and industry, ideally complemented by a federal project manager diploma, higher technician ES training, or federal master's degree.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale HVAC projects, site supervision, and subcontractor coordination
- Good knowledge of hydraulic assembly
- IT: proficiency in MS Office applications; knowledge of WinOD and/or Business Central is an asset
- Excellent command of French; good knowledge of German is an advantage
- Driving license required
- Sense of responsibility and results orientation
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
