Tasks

• Manage a sales area with up to 70 employees
• Promote and motivate employees
• Plan, organize and control operational processes
• Make personnel decisions
• Shape the future of the subsidiaries under your responsibility.
• Manage projects and collaborate on projects

Profile

• Completed studies (bachelor or master)
• Very good communication skills and social competences
• Interested in human contact, team spirit and willingly takes on leadership tasks
• A personality ready to face challenges positively and who likes to take responsibility
• A strong willingness to invest and flexibility
• Excellent knowledge of French - also very good knowledge of German
