- Deputizing for the team leader during their absence
- Supporting the team leader in personnel, professional, and organizational management of the ward (31 residents, 17 employees plus trainees)
- Accompanying students in everyday practice; possibility to take over vocational training responsibility (tertiary level) on the ward
- Comprehensive care, promotion, and nursing of our residents
- you have training as a certified nursing professional HF
- you are a positive personality and communicate with your fellow human beings at eye level
- you like to organize and are interested in contributing to leadership
- you have the opportunity to actively further develop the ward together with a stable team and the team leader
