Trust Officer (m/f/d)
Annual financial statements, tax declarations, value-added tax – core business in fiduciary services. Our Rocken partner is an established fiduciary and auditing company that supports SMEs and private individuals in all financial and tax matters with expertise and many years of experience. The scope of activities includes classic client management: from accounting to annual financial statements to complex tax and VAT consulting. You want to kick-start your career in the fiduciary sector, take on responsibility and expand your knowledge in accounting, payroll, taxes and VAT? Then this position is ideal for you.
Responsibilities:
Assistance and partial responsibility for mandates in bookkeeping, final accounts, payroll accounting and social insurance
Preparation and processing of tax returns
Support of the audit department in limited and regular audits
Active participation in the further development of mandate processes
Qualifications:
Completed apprenticeship in the fiduciary sector; further training as a trust officer or in training to become a trust officer with a federal diploma is an advantage
Practical experience in payroll, social insurance, accounting, taxes and fiduciary services
Good German and English skills
Experience with Abacus is an advantage but not essential
Reliable, independent and precise working style
Service orientation and enjoyment of customer contact
Motivation to further educate and develop yourself in the fiduciary sector
