We are looking for a Quality Control Coordinator who is organized, rigorous, and collaborative to join our Patient Supply Quality Control team, based at the Bulle office, Switzerland.
About the position
The Quality Control Coordinator is responsible for activities aimed at identifying, developing, and implementing continuous improvements to ensure the site's competitiveness, in accordance with Safety, Quality, Time, and Cost standards. They monitor laboratory methods and equipment and maintain effective collaboration with local and global partners.
Who you will work with
You will collaborate with the Patient Supply Quality Control team, contributing to the success of the laboratory's objectives. The team works closely with internal and external partners to ensure compliance, quality, and safety of operations.
What you will do
• Monitor troubleshooting activities for software and equipment.
• Follow up on these troubleshooting activities and work on solutions.
• Provide support to field teams.
• Propose and implement improvement initiatives in the laboratory.
• Manage the administration of laboratory equipment software.
• Update documentation of equipment related to their Data Integrity.
• Work on purchasing new equipment for the QC department.
• Participate in writing and updating procedures.
• Maintain effective relationships with internal and external partners.
• Participate and respond during audits and/or inspections.
Profile sought: education, experience, and skills
• Laboratory technician CFC or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality control laboratory.
• Good knowledge of analytical techniques (HPLC, UV, biochemistry…).
• Ownership of problems
• Proactive and curious
• Computer and office tool skills.
• Ability to work independently while knowing how to prioritize actions.
• Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
• Good communication
• Basic knowledge of English
